Your items will be ready for collection at the school shop during our operating hours. You are also welcome to purchase items directly from the shop during shop hours for your convenience.

Our return policy states that we cannot accept returns on garments that have been worn beyond trying them on. Refunds are not issued after 7 days.

Damaged Uniform and Manufacturing Defects

Once a uniform item has been worn, the Uniform Shop cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or the manner in which the garment has been treated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

*Broken or damaged zips caused by pulling, twisting or playing with the zip.

*Tears, holes or abrasions caused by falling, sliding, rough play or contact with playground surfaces.

*Damage caused by children pulling one another’s clothing.

*Holes or damage caused by biting, chewing or picking at garments.

*Stains, fading, shrinkage or other damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying or ironing.

Any other damage occurring after the garment has been worn that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.

Items damaged through normal use, an accident or misuse will not be exchanged, replaced or refunded at the Uniform Shop’s expense, regardless of whether the item has been owned for a few weeks or longer.

If you believe an item has a genuine manufacturing defect, please return it to the Uniform Shop with proof of purchase as soon as the problem becomes apparent. The item will be inspected before a repair, replacement or refund is considered. Each matter will be assessed individually and handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Normal wear and tear or accidental damage does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
